Tuesday Kids Yoga Classes - Watford
Yoga promotes mental and physical wellbeing. Yoga for children is fun and imaginative, it helps them to focus and relax! Children learn yoga exercises that help transform fear and anxiety into confidence and strength and much more - through breathing exercises, fun yoga postures and meditation.
