Experience relaxation and healing through combined breathwork, meditations and mindfulness exercises that will allow you to feel your best self. You will also be introduced to Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese practice that combines mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation to cultivate vital energy in the body.
