Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and inner awakening. When we do Kundalini yoga we stimulate the dormant energy which is the creative energy that lies at the base of the spine to reach our highest potential. Through breathing techniques, yoga postures, chanting and meditations the dormant energy is awakened and moves from the base of the spine through the chakras in our body and opens the tenth gate at the crown of the head and connects us to our infinity.
Kundalini Yoga is safe and effective, it brings balance to the body, mind and soul. It can be practiced by almost anyone, regardless of age, fitness and experience.
