St Martin's After School Yoga Club

Yoga promotes mental and physical wellbeing. Yoga for children is fun and imaginative, it helps them to focus, stay calm and relax! Children learn yoga exercises that help transform fear and anxiety into confidence and strength and much more - through breathing exercises, fun yoga postures and meditation.

​Please fill in the registration form for a new academic year and make payment to confirm your child's space.

Once your child has been registered you are not required to fill in a new registration form each term unless your details have changed. ​

• Please make the payment via bank transfer directly to the Yoga Paradise account and add your child's name as the reference.

• The yoga club will be held at St Martin's School.
• Please make sure you provide your full contact details on the registration form and inform us if there is a change of information.
• Photographs may be taken for the Yoga Paradise website and social media pages. Please let us know if you do not wish to give your consent on this.
• Children can wear their school clothes or change into their PE clothes for the yoga club.
• Please feel free to send a healthy snack for your child to have at the start of the session.
