St Martin's After School Yoga Club
Yoga promotes mental and physical wellbeing. Yoga for children is fun and imaginative, it helps them to focus, stay calm and relax! Children learn yoga exercises that help transform fear and anxiety into confidence and strength and much more - through breathing exercises, fun yoga postures and meditation.
Autumn Term 2020 - 13 sessions Dates for : Y5 & Y6 (Tuesday's : 4.00pm-5.00pm) September: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th October: 6th, 13th, 20th November: 10th, 17th, 24th December: 1st, 8th, 15th (Please note we have no sessions on October 27th & 3rd November) Autumn Term 2020 - 13 sessions Dates for: Y3 & Y4 (Wednesday's: 3:45pm-4:45pm) September: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th October: 7th, 14th, 21st November: 11th, 18th, 25th December: 2nd, 9th, 16th (Please note we have no sessions on October 28th & 4th November) Please fill in the registration form if you have just joined the Yoga Club. Once your child has been registered you are not required to fill in a new registration form each term unless your details have changed. Children at the Yoga club get priority to continue for the next term.
