It strengthens their immune system and instills a sense of self belief and self confidence.

Autumn Term 2020 - 11 sessions

October: 5th, 12th, 19th
November: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
December: 7th
(Please note we have no sessions on October 26th & 2nd November)
Venue: Kate Fassnidge Community Hall, 76 High Street, Northwood, HA6 1BJ.
Time: 4:30pm - 5:30pm.
Age: 5 - 12 yrs
Cost: £88 for 11 sessions (£77 for a sibling).

Children from all schools are welcome.

Photographs may be taken for the Yoga Paradise website. Please let us know if you do not wish to give your consent for this.
The Yoga Paradise uniform is compulsory to wear. Children must wear their yoga club uniform which includes a full sleeve Yoga Paradise t-shirt (£8) with their own black track bottoms or black leggings. The uniform will be available for purchase on the first day of class.
Please note: Half a term's notice is required in writing to cancel your child's place at our Monday Kids Yoga Classes. If you don't give us half a term's notice, you will still be required to pay half a term's fees.
