Kids Online Yoga Sessions
The aim of these online sessions is to introduce children to the art of yoga and mindfulness in a fun way, helping them to tap into their creative energy. The sessions are structured with a theme each week to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
Each week they will learn techniques to relax and focus, transform fear and anxiety into confidence and strength and much more - through breathing exercises, fun yoga postures and meditations.
Dates: : TBC
Venue: Online via Zoom from the comfort of your home. The zoom link will be sent once the payment is received.
If you would like to book a place please fill in the registration form with all the details. Once payment and registration form is received, a zoom link will be emailed to you for the sessions.
Sessions are non-refundable and spaces are allocated on a first come-first served basis.
