Hillside Junior School Yoga Breakfast Club
Yoga promotes mental and physical wellbeing. Yoga for children is fun and imaginative, it helps them to focus, stay calm and relax! Children learn yoga exercises that help transform fear and anxiety into confidence and strength and much more - through breathing exercises, fun yoga postures and meditation.
Autumn Term 2021
Thursdays: 8:00am - 8:45am - 10 sessions
September: 16, 23, 30
October: 7, 14, 21
November: 4, 11, 18, 25
Cost: £80 for 10 sessions/ Sibling: £70 for 10 sessions
Please fill in the registration form for a new academic year and make payment to confirm your child's space.
Once your child has been registered you are not required to fill in a new registration form each term unless your details have changed. Children at the Yoga club get priority to continue for the next term.
