Anoushka and Oskar first experienced Yoga Paradise at Oak Lee Montessori. From their first lesson they were excited and energised by the experience. As the weeks and lessons passed by I could not believe how enthusiastically they would show me all the poses they had learnt and the breathing skills - all set to great stories, songs or rhymes. They thought of it as nothing more than a game. They really loved their yoga lessons and looked forward to them each week. They built up a special bond with Priya who had an incredibly calming effect on them. She was simply magical with the children and they adored her. We cannot wait to sign up for the school holiday courses for all of us to enjoy yoga together as a family. Nishma
The children look forward to their Yoga session and this has had benefits in the three prime areas of learning and development; physical skills, listening and communicating skills and personal, social and emotional. The Yoga Paradise teachers have excellent knowledge of Yoga and are able to adapt this so well to make Yoga session fun for the various age ranges, from 6 month old children all the way through to 4 year olds. They also work well with the nursery to keep the parents informed and will happily adapt their sessions to fit in with children who have special needs as well as incorporating topics and themes. Keira really enjoys the Yoga at school and comes home and practises her breathing and Yoga postures. I am very happy with her progress. Hope you get a bigger room this term, in order for the girls to excel at Yoga! Keep up the good work!
Wanted to let you know Cora greatly enjoyed the class in particular the use of games. She doesn't get animated at much but she was very expressive as she told us about how the games were played and what Yoga poses were involved! Thanks again!
Keira P enjoys her Yoga class. She is always keen to demonstrate what she has learnt and appears to be very flexible! She says the class is 'strict' which implies that the girls know to be focused and aren't messing around. She likes her teachers and is keen to continue this term. Thank you for running this class; its lovely to be able to introduce Keira P to Yoga and all its benefit at such a young age.
Fabulous class - Julia loves it and it has a very positive effect on her well-being.

Yoga Workshops
Brilliant class. Thoroughly enjoyed the parent and child yoga class. Kathy - Parent of Daniella (Age 5)
I really enjoyed the parent and child Yoga Workshop with my children. The skills that we learnt will help them in their growing life. Sajida - Parent of Shahina (Age 9) and Safiya (Age 7)
Priya is not only a wonderful person but also a good teacher. My daughters enjoy the way she teaches every pose and also how she takes them in a world of good imagination and creativity. They are broadening their mental and physical ability. My kids do Yoga with her at Stanhope Primary School in Greenford but this 5 day summer workshop has been exciting for them. They have become active, they play outside , stopped watching television and engage with helping me with house work. I would without a doubt recommend Priya to everyone I know. Bhavika Solanki - Mother of three daughters, aged 4, 8 and 11
By attending this 5 day summer Yoga Workshop, I have been able to learn a new form of exercise which not only keeps me healthy but also keeps me calm and relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and it was a new experience for me. I would most definitely recommend Yoga because for me Yoga was a time to block out everything in the outside world and to focus on my inner self. Rosie O'Sullivan (Age 12)
I thought the Yoga Workshop was a calming and relaxing experience. I challenged myself to do some of the tougher Yoga poses. It was a fun and enjoyable process. Avreen Chadha (Age 12)

This yoga is like nothing I have experienced before. I could feel my energy blocks dissolving and found myself getting quite emotional. At the end of the class, I felt lighter and more aware. I would recommend this to everyone - a magical experience. Priya is a lovely lady with a calm and welcoming energy. Sammie - Watford Adult Yoga Class
"Having been learning Kundalini Yoga with Priya for around six months, I have noticed many significant changes in my life. Priya equips us with a spiritual toolbox which we add to each week; building our knowledge at a good pace and learning specific exercises to help us to manage with personal issues, or simply helping us to discover how to make life more amazing. And I can honestly say that after six months, it really is more amazing! Priya is a huge inspiration to me. She is approachable and humble yet full to the brim with wisdom. I would highly recommend her classes to everyone. Tasha - Watford Adult Yoga Class
I have been attending Priya's Yoga classes for over two years - that's a really long time for me as I used to start different Yoga classes, get excited and then bored and then drop from it. Priya is a great inspiration for me and always will be; she has a wonderful personality, she is very positive and her heart has enough love to fill the whole Universe. This is why after each class with her, I feel uplifted, happy and my back problems left me long time ago... Anna - Watford Adult Yoga Class
