My wife, Mala introduced me to yoga as I was experiencing early signs of osteo-arthritis. I must say Priya's kundalini yoga is both energising & invigorating. What is particularly impressive about Priya is she listens to you and addresses the pain that you suffer from. I no longer feel the same level of pain through regular movement & stretchIng routines. She is undoubtedly an excellent yoga teacher and inspires you to have a more disciplined approach to your physical and spiritual well being.
Priya has remarkable powers of belief - I was unable to mediate and relax until we started yoga two years ago. She has an amazing sense of awareness and understanding of your mind and body that enables her to connect with you. She unburdens you from all the stresses of life. I will forever be grateful to Priya for all the inspiration and energy that she has given me.
Priya embodies everything she teaches, positivity, energy light and kindness. Through her extensive knowledge of yoga, she masterfully and effortlessly pushes you beyond your own self imposed limits, working simultaneously and holistically on healing the mind, body and spirit. I cannot praise Priya enough, she is truly one in a million!
Just wanted to share my experience when I sat with Priya for a yoga session ..... I have been doing yoga on and off for many years now but my first time with Priya, I felt so at ease that I could talk freely about my concerns and which areas I needed to work on. What I found the most gratifying was that you actually meditate during each asana (something I've never done before)!! During the session I developed a strong headache and felt light headed, but still persevered as best as I could. By the end of my hour long session, my headache was gone, I felt fresh and found myself smiling 😊 I was in a much better state than I started...... Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my session with Priya, she was reflecting so much positive energy, I felt so at peace within, again something I've never felt before!! All I can say is ..... I would never stop 🙏
I started yoga with Priya because I had broken my arm and after a year of physio it was still painful and not very flexible. A friend recommended yoga and I have now been doing this for a year with Priya and my arm is now almost pain free and so much more flexible. But in addition I am benefitting from Priya's all round holistic approach of mind and body and am a very firm advocate of hers. I strongly recommend taking up yoga as a recreational activity and learning from Priya.
