​I started yoga with Priya because I had broken my arm and after a year of physio it was still painful and not very flexible. A friend recommended yoga and I have now been doing this for a year with Priya and my arm is now almost pain free and so much more flexible. But in addition I am benefitting from Priya's all round holistic approach of mind and body and am a very firm advocate of hers. I strongly recommend taking up yoga as a recreational activity and learning from Priya.
