My husband and I have been practicing Kundalini yoga with Priya Sawhney for nearly two years now.
Kundalini has given us a beautiful space to come and to just be…to open our hearts amidst all the craziness of life and practice just that…opening the heart—in a safe place.

Kundalini is a place where we feel we  can go at anytime to find peace and nourish ourselves. In Kundalini we connect with the space within that is connected to all others and not separate from anything.
We are extremely grateful for the practice of Kundalini, for our teacher Priya who  teaches it (and lives it) and the many blessings that shower upon  our lives everyday because of it. 

Priya is not just an amazing teacher but also an living example of the divine connection with the higher self, which is attained by Kundalini practice.

Priya's teachings and guidance have touched us in a uniquely personal way. She has given us personal support in our growth as spiritual beings and served as a custodian of self-transformation.
The Kundalini yoga practice has changed our lives for the better and we are forever grateful for this. Thank you Priya for making this possible.
